THE CHALLENGE

When these Oakville homeowners contacted us, their basement renovation had already gone off track. A previous contractor had left behind incomplete and improperly executed work before abandoning the project entirely, leaving the homeowners frustrated and uncertain about how to move forward.

Before construction could continue, the existing work needed to be carefully assessed to determine what could be salvaged, what required correction, and how to safely bring the project back on track.
